Case Study: Building the Foundations of a Scalable QA Function
AMP engaged us to review its current quality assurance approach and provide strategic recommendations to support future growth.
Through a structured QA discovery engagement, we assessed existing delivery processes, testing practices, and quality risks across the organisation. Based on this review, we produced a tailored set of recommendations covering key areas including QA process maturity, defect leakage tracking, test management tooling, test automation strategy, team structure, and longer-term quality initiatives such as performance and accessibility testing.
The outcome was a practical roadmap designed to help the client build a more scalable and effective QA capability. The recommendations directly informed internal planning and contributed to the decision to appoint a Director of QA to lead the next stage of the organisation’s quality maturity.
